The inaugural ALFA roadshow, which was held on 18 Aug 2018 at Club HDB, had more than 80 participants from across the public and private sectors.
Dr. Belinda WEE, co-founder of St. Bernadette Lifestyle Village, shared about her experiences running St Bernadette’s as the only Assisted Living Facility (ALF) in Singapore. This was followed by a panel discussion on the topic: “ALF: Is it Right for You?”, with panelists Mr. Laurence LIEN (CEO of the Asia Philanthropy Circle), Prof Hwee-Pink Tan (A/Prof Information Systems (Practice) SMU) and Ms. Janice CHIA (Founder of Ageing Asia, Aspire 55).
